What a week! Among all the Peeparations for our favorite holiday, our house was featured on design*sponge, one of the loveliest design blogs run by one of the loveliest women in design, Grace Bonney. We’ve added a few more pieces of art since the last photo shoot, and I also was sure to add plenty of details about where we bought some of the pieces. You can check out the article here, and be sure to pay special attention to the awesome photos shot by my fellow St. Louisian Tara Wujcik and Carla Choy (hire them!). Thanks to Anne for reaching out to us and asking us to be a part of this incredible roster of creative people.
Hey there! My name is Alissa. I’m a writer, a gelato-eater, and a walker in LA.
You can learn more about who I am, what I write, why I walk, and even see where I live and work. In 2010 I was honored to be named as an USC/Annenberg Getty Arts Journalism fellow. You also might like this talk I gave about how to do the work you love.
